The Protone Icon cycling helmet from KASK has been redesigned with safety as a top priority. Its internal frame has been strengthened to provide greater protection for cyclists. The seamless technology used to join the upper and lower parts of the shell not only gives the helmet a refined, elegant look but also improves its aerodynamics while on the road. The OCTOFIT+ adjustment system optimizes the helmet’s comfort and stability, while a vertical stabilizer across the nape of the neck provides ergonomic neck support and enhances balance for a customized fit. The large rotation cap coated in special rubber increases finger grip, and a reflective insert in the rear helps keep the cyclist even safer. The internal lining is made of CoolMax® fabric which is comfortable, quick-drying, and removable for easy washing. As standard with all KASK helmets, the Protone Icon has been developed in accordance with the KASK ROTATIONAL IMPACT WG11 TEST protocol, an objective, scientific approach to measuring the helmet’s performance against rotational impacts - making sure that the cyclist's safety is always the first priority.
