Age Group Athlete and Performance Coach
Michael is a successful endurance athlete and coach based in Melbourne Australia.
He is the owner and operator of ASF Tri, which offers personalized coaching to some of Australia’s most successful elite and age group athletes.
He is also the the Head Coach of YarraTri, which he started in 1995 and is one of Australia’s best triathlon training programs.
In addition, he coaches individuals and group sessions for the IST program for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
He has presented on many coaching courses and has written articles for magazines such as Triathlon & Multi Sport, Australian Triathlete and Runners World.
He is a brand ambassador for Zone 3, 32Gi, Top Gear Cycles, Specialized, FootPro, Sokhyte, Boco caps, Physiosports Brighton and Pursue Health.
