Top Gear Cycles/ Frameworks swings into action……..
With Northern combine road racing coming towards the pointy end of the
season , it was extremely pleasing to see the newly formed team “TOP GEAR FRAMEWORKS” start to show there wares and assert themselves upon the road racing scene, with a really strong performance in the Hawthorne Trophy which was held on the challenging Gisbone circuit .

We have recently seen the popularity in power systems for bikes. Having fitted Powertap hubs and Quartz cranks , I was interested in seeing this week that Polar and Look Keo pedals have joined forces to bring out the latest offering in Power measuring tools.

Topgear Cycles sponsored athlete Paul Attard is currently racing in the USA and here is one of his race reports.
Vineman is held in the Sonoma County in the North of California. This is a big region for Wine with many vineyards and spectacular scenery. I had a very interesting week where I travelled on my own to the race so everyone I met was completely new to me. Except for Michelle the Kiwi and her mum Gail who I had met three weeks earlier at Texas.
I hitched a ride up with Kyle who was from the TCSD. We left on the Wednesday so we could give ourselves plenty of time to get there with no stress. It was good to share the ride with someone who knew their way (more…)

We welcome Zeke to the Topgear Cycles team. Zeke has joined us recently as a Bicycle Mechanic.
